Why isn't there a public price?

Because practices have very different call volumes and coverage needs. A solo doctor and a multi-location group don't pay the same, so we quote per practice on a 15-minute call and you only pay for what you use.

Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?

No setup fees and no long-term contracts. Talkya is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. A signed BAA is always included.

What's included in every plan?

HIPAA hosting, a signed BAA, audit logs, call transcripts, structured handoffs, and calendar booking. You choose self-hosted models or AWS HIPAA-eligible inference.

Do I have to replace my phone system?

No. You keep your existing number and phone system — you just forward all calls, after-hours only, or overflow to the AI. Nothing to rip out.
