Does it sound like a robot?

No. Callers hear a natural, conversational voice tuned to your practice's greeting and tone. It understands interruptions, accents, and follow-up questions — it's not a press-1-for-this phone tree.

Do I have to replace my phone system?

No. You keep your existing number and carrier. You simply forward calls to the AI — all of them, after-hours only, or just overflow when your front desk is busy.

How long does setup take?

Most practices are live within a few days. We learn your greeting, services, hours, providers, FAQs, and escalation rules, configure the agent, and you point your number at it.

Can it book appointments?

Yes. It books directly into Cal.com, Google Calendar, or the Talkya scheduler, and confirms with the caller in real time.

What happens when a call needs a human?

You define the rules. Urgent calls, clinical questions, or anything outside scope get escalated to your team — transferred live or flagged with a full transcript and summary.

Yes. Calls are handled on HIPAA-eligible infrastructure under a signed Business Associate Agreement, with audit logs on every call. PHI is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Is the BAA included?

Always. A signed BAA comes with every account — it's not an enterprise add-on.

Where does my patients' data go?

You choose self-hosted models or AWS HIPAA-eligible inference. PHI is never used to train a public model and never routed through a vendor without a BAA in place.

Can I review and export call records?

Yes. You get full call records, transcripts, and access logs that you can review and export at any time.
